help you take time out and feel more relaxed
-
improve your physical health
-
improve your confidence and self-esteem
-
help you be more active
-
help you meet and get to know new people

-
provide peer support.

"...there is something so special about walking with others through beautiful places."
There are many different ways to spend quality time outdoors and we will all have different reasons for wanting to do this. Whatever your reason, I have found that there is something so special about walking with others through beautiful places. This is why I started these Hike for Hope events. I wanted to create something that would bring people together outside, with the overall aim to help improve their mental health.
It's free!
Our hike for hope events are free and will be running regularly within the Cairngorms National Park this year. Please find the specific timings and locations below.
