Changes or Cancelations made by us

Scottish weather can be severe and unpredictable at any time of the year. If your booked activity is affected by the conditions we will always aim to offer a worthwhile alternative. In cases where this is not possible you will be offered an alternative date.

We have taken all reasonable steps to provide you with a level of care and safety appropriate to the nature of the activities on offer, however you should be aware that certain risks remain. These risks are an integral part of any adventurous activity and cannot be removed without destroying the activities' unique character and integrity.

Your responsibilities

Prior to booking it is vital that you are aware of your responsibilities. They are listed below.

  • To accept the risks involved with adventurous activities and visiting remote mountainous regions.

  • To have a level of fitness required for your chosen activity.

  • To bring the appropriate clothing and equipment as listed on our kit-list.

  • To complete a booking form at least 1 week prior to your booked date.

  • To ensure the whole of your group has completed a booking form and covid declaration form at least 1 week prior to your booked date.

  • To understand that the dynamic nature of adventurous actives means that we cannot guarantee exact timings and routes.

If we believe that your health, conduct, behaviour, fitness or equipment may compromise the safety of a trip, or have a negative impact on other members of the group or public, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate your booked activity.
