We securely store information that you have provided us, such as: 

• Basic Personal Information. This may include your name, email address, phone number and date of birth. We use this data to contact you in line with your preferences.

• Medical Information. We need this data to ensure your safety whilst on activities.

How long do we store your information?

In most cases we delete collected personal information 1 week after your booked activity has taken place. The only exception to this would be when a customer makes a new booking and specifically asks for their information to be held.

• we will only contact you during the booking journey. This will usually be done prior to the activity to complete the booking form and after the activity to fill out a feedback form. 

• we will use photographs and film to promote our activities. This may be via our website, social media or for other marketing purposes. If you do not want you or your children to appear then please use our booking form or contact us to opt out. 

• we will ask for permission prior to taking photos.  

 

We will not...

• we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties: we will not use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties. 

• we will not contact you outside of the "booking journey" without your permission.

We may disclose information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is:

• necessary to comply with the law, e.g. Child Protection

• to enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions

• to protect our rights and those of our users

 

Can I access any personal information you hold on me?

Access to your personal data is subject to GDPR. This is called a Subject Access Request. You can request access to this information at any time. You can request data is corrected, amended or removed, and can request that data is no longer processed.

What options do I have?

Some information is necessary to provide our service, for instance your email address is required to send you relevant information, and medical information is needed to ensure your safety whilst on activities.

Additional information may be required, e.g the age of participants under 18.

Other information is optional, e.g your personal interests section of the booking form, however this may affect our ability to maximise the bespoke nature of your activity.
